Step 1
Remove the plastic packet containing the strips.
Step 2
Brush your teeth and place the strip at the bottom of your teeth first, the repeat with the top.
Tip: A dry enamel surface allows strips to adhere better.
Step 3
Put the strips on your teeth for at least 30 minutes and avoid eating or drinking when you do so.
Step 4
Remove the strips and discard. Rinse away any remaining gel, then admire your white teeth!
