Summer Fridays, a clean skincare and hybrid makeup brand, received a strategic growth investment from TSG Consumer Partners. Prelude Partners, who made a minority investment in 2019, will exit with this transaction.WHO: Summer Fridays was launched in 2018 by influencers Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Gores Ireland with one hero product, Jet Lag Mask, that launched as a Sephora exclusive. Over the past six years, the product assortment has evolved to include lip care, suncare, hybrid makeup, and bodycare. The brand's distribution is primarily focused on Sephora, with additional distribution partners, including Cult Beauty, Selfridges, and Mecca.WHY: The TSG partnership will support Summer Fridays’ growth initiatives while maintaining the brand's core brand and products.
